A day with the Lodge of Pippi Longstocking ... Peaches



Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Carola yesterday, March 7th, we were able to achieve a nice day all in the name of Pippi, and the Swedish cuisine a laboratory of jewelry from recycled materials, taking from me.

In the super-mega-equipped kitchen of Carol has played the event, from the large windows one could see the fish with their buds ready to bloom ... the air was brisk and inside and outside ...



Barbara has spoken widely in Sweden, Pippi Cantat's song in Swedish, answered our questions ... Elizabeth, author of Pippi Longstocking small great cook, she cooked for us by taking his recipes from his new book ...

The appetizer is photographed here, for a first course instead of cabbage soup with beef balls, for a second well di patate e rapa verde con una squisita salsiccia confezionata apposta dal macellaio di fiducia di Elisabetta, il tutto annaffiato dal profumatissimo Bellini e affini offertoci da Carola...




Tutte le signore cuoche presenti erano attentissime, prendevano appunti, si davano consigli e suggerimenti...




Al dessert ha pensato  Lorella , in onore della giornata della donna, preparandoci delle squisite mimosette!!!




In the afternoon it was the turn of my laboratory bracelets made from recycled sweaters interrupted by a special snack offered to us by Elizabeth-based berries and pancakes (all found in his book ) ... the dear friends have been very patient and talented cooks ...




... in fact the results were surprising ...
