Noi li abbiamo poi riposti in una scatola di latta per conservarli meglio anche se sono già stati spolverati quasi tutti e quindi non faranno certo in tempo a diventare mollicci!

Well we got here is: how exactly one year ago today, this blog was born from my hands hesitant.
of achievement and I'm glad if I came here is because of all of you who come and visit me, who browse through my pages and try to cook the dishes that I present to you!

The photo above is of Pandora-Christmas tree that I presented yesterday to the diners who shared with me the Holy Natale.Questo cake was wanted by my son Stephen, had seen him on a book by Geronimo Stilton and asked me rifarglielo if I could and I have satisfied.
The recipe is simple: pandoro is made of those that you buy at super and I stuffed with mascarpone cream (recipe can find it HERE ) to which I added 2 sheets of gelatine to make it more solida.L 'I then decorate with sugar-free dark chocolate melted with 2 tablespoons milk, the balls are represented by the "Smartis" colorful and everything and was then dusted with icing sugar.

In the first post, exactly one year ago, I showed the picture of the tree and the nativity scene that decorated our house and so this year the posts in the renewal of the tree and the crib we have done for the joy especially Stephen who has actively contributed to their achievement.

A MERRY CHRISTMAS FAIR

and I want to tickle your taste buds with this wonderful Christmas and all sweet taste super delicious



CHRISTMAS CAKE Ingredients: 180 g flour 3 eggs

170 grams of sugar or 119 grams of fructose
150 g butter 200 grams of apples


a handful of chopped walnuts 2 handfuls of chocolate chips
half teaspoon of ginger
half a bag of baking

half teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch of salt icing sugar

silver confetti

Voglio proporvi così un piatto tipico delle mie parti che si consuma essenzialmente in inverno: la

FARINATA

INGREDIENTI:brodo di verdure( possibilmente contenenete abbondante cavolo nero e fagioli)
olio evo
farina di granoturco

 E' veramente un sogno: il camino acceso,una comoda poltrona,una buona e golosa tisana e il computer e il tutto ad un'ora decente.
Queste sono cose che capitano una volta all'anno e quindi quando succedono vanno assaporate lentamente e a fondo.
E' in questa occasione speciale che ho deciso di presentare la ricetta di una torta super golosa.La ricetta mi accompagna ormai da anni e mi fu portata a suo tempo da mia sorella  che l'aveva assaggiata da una amica.
Provatela e non ve ne pentirete.
Decorata poi a dovere (magari con stelline di pasta frolla) può essere presentata anche nei menù dei giorni di festa grande che si preparano a venire.


TORTA RICOTTA E NUTELLA

INGREDIENTI per la frolla: 300 gr di farina
100 gr di zucchero o 70 di fruttosio
1 uovo e 1 tuorlo
mezza bustina di lievito
100 gr di burro
1 pizzico di sale
1 cucchiaio di limoncello

per il ripieno: 400 gr di  ricotta
1 bicchiere di Nutella (io ho usato della crema alle nocciole dolcificata con fruttosio)
1 uovo
100 gr di zucchero o 70 gr di fruttosio

TIRAMISU'

INGREDIENTI:500 gr di mascarpone
4 uova
7 cucchiai di zucchero o 4 di fruttosio
cacao amaro in polvere
gocce di cioccolato
savoiardi o biscotti senza zucchero per me
caffè d'orzo
1 goccio di marsala



ESECUZIONE: separare i tuorli dagli albumi e mescolare i primi con lo zucchero o il fruttosio fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e ben gonfio.Aggiungere il mascarpone e mescolare bene.A parte montare a neve ben ferma gli albumi e aggiungerli senza smontarli al composto di mascarpone.
Adesso bagnamo i biscotti nel caffè (io adopero quello d'orzo perchè non amo il sapore del caffè espresso) a cui abbiamo aggiunto una goccia di liquore e adagiamoli in una teglia rettangolare.Sopra mettiamo la mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa leveling bene.Sopra everything and put a spoonful of the sweet drops of cioccolato.Far rest in the fridge for a couple of hours and then is ready to be served.

C'è stato grande fermento in rete, prima di Lucca, e il Muf ha gentilemte offerto una delle sue sale per ospitare un incontro tra fumettisti ansiosi di confrontarsi e di (ri)provare a mettere in piedi un'associazione-club-sindacato che li rappresenti e porti avanti le loro istanze. Tutte da scandagliare, individuare, decidere. O come overdose di firme sui miei libri: domenica, per tre-quattro ore di seguito, praticamente non ho alzato il naso dalle dediche!
