Sore Neck Causes More Condition_symptoms

A HEART FOR VALENTINE'S DAY COOKIES

 Decisamente la primavera ha fatto capolino e se n'è andata subito e di corsa visto che oggi è una giornata da lupi : piove,fa freddo ed è nebbioso.
Allora per rischiarare l'umore un bel dolce da fare al nostro amato per San Valentino,un cuore di mousse per  conquistare una volta per sempre il nostro uomo.


La ricetta l'ho trovata su "Cucina Moderna" di questo mese,subito mi ha colpito ed ho voluto provarla immediatamente.Il risultato è stato ottimo ed i miei uomini l'hanno spolverato in un attimo e si sono leccati sia i baffi che le dita.


MOUSSE CAKE WITH A HEART GIANDUIA

INGREDIENTS: 120 grams of roasted hazelnuts

40 g flour 20 g potato starch

80 g butter 42 g fructose or 60
sugar 40 g dark chocolate

4 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons strong coffee
2 teaspoons baking powder 2 eggs

200 g of hazelnut cream spread (I used the sugar-free)
200 ml of whipping cream
5 g of gelatin
hearts sheets of sugar to decorate

ENFORCEMENT: working the softened butter with 14 grams of fructose or 20 grams of sugar and incorporate the egg yolks, one for volta.Unire dark chocolate melted in a water bath, the hazelnut blend with the remaining sugar and fructose, coffee, milk, potato and add the last farina.Per lievito.Amalgamare well and pour the mixture into a mold shaped like a heart.
Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minuti.Far cool and bake the cake. Prepare the mousse
hours soaking the gelatin in the water fredda.Scaldare hazelnut cream in a double boiler or in microwave for 15 seconds and put in a terrina.Montare the cream and add it to crema.Strizzare and dissolve the gelatin in a saucepan with some water and add to cream mixture, stirring constantly from the bottom up not to remove the stiff composto.Montare now clear of the eggs and add to the mix mousse.Versare in the mold to heart and put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours (I have left it there overnight).
After the interval that pull out of the refrigerator and overlay them over the mousse cake made previously, and turn everything on a plate portata.Decorare hearts with sugar and serve immediately servite.Se not the cake on the table keep in the refrigerator .

I dedicated this to my husband not only sweet but also because my kids love them occupies my heart.
